Dr. Yau is a Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at Mount Sinai Hospital.  She received a B.A. in both Biology and Economics from New York University, graduating magna cum laude and then received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. She completed her residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/ Weill Cornell Medical Center.  During fellowship, Dr. Yau’s clinical research focused on congenital adrenal hyperplasia, evaluating the quality of life in children with congenital adrenal hyperplasia and assessing doses of glucocorticoids during perioperative stress.
