Dr. Basile is a board-certified ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist, providing comprehensive eye care.  She specializes in small incision cataract surgery, as well as medical, laser, and surgical treatment of glaucoma, including the latest in Micro-Invasive Glaucoma Surgery.

Dr. Basile completed Glaucoma Fellowship and Ophthalmology Residency training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is a graduate of BA/MD program at SUNY/Downstate Medical Center in New York.  She is a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Glaucoma Society.

Dr. Basile strives to combine her clinical and surgical expertise with compassionate care.  Her patients are especially pleased with her ability to explain issues that affect their eyes.  Dr. Basile considers her biggest achievement to be the trust the her patients place in her.
