Dr. MacKay is director of the Inpatient HIV service at MSMC. In addition he has clinic sessions in the Jack Martin Fund Clinic located at 17 East 102nd Street/ Prior to coming to Mount Sinai in 2001 he worked with the Native American populations in norther New Mexico and Alaska and more recently with refugee populations and witht he Peace Corps volunteers in sub-Saharan Africa.
